The Della Rocca's have served fine Italian cuisine in Brooklyn, New York since 1894. A fourth-generation chef, Peter owned and operated two successful restaurants in New Jersey. After moving to Naples, he successfully served as Executive Chef for a fine Italian restaurant for four years.
